Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Product Returns

Dentalight, Inc. accepts returns of products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return instructions.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition.

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the product was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly by Dentalight, Inc.

Products returned used, installed, incomplete, damaged, or outside the 14-day return period may not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide instructions for replacement, return, or refund, as appropriate.

Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise noted, Dentalight parts and repair services carry a six-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the invoice date.

The following warranty periods apply:

  • Centric high-speed spindles and combos: nine months

  • Centric standard and mini canisters: six months

Warranty coverage may be denied or voided when inspection shows evidence of improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, contamination, physical damage, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the affected product or service, at Dentalight, Inc.’s discretion.
