Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time may be longer if an order requires verification, contains a special-order item, or is temporarily out of stock.
Shipping Area
Dentalight, Inc. currently ships orders only within the United States.
We do not currently ship orders internationally through our website.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout based on the products ordered, destination, package weight, and selected service.
Certain products, including aerosol products, may be restricted to ground transportation and may not qualify for expedited or air shipping.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Dentalight, Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
Tracking information may take up to one business day to begin showing movement after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly.
Please retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials if an order arrives damaged. We may request photographs or other information needed to investigate the shipment or file a carrier claim.
We will review each issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and the carrier’s tracking and claim information.
